Earlier, Joseph held underwriting positions at both AIG and the Hartford, where he structured indemnification for Fortune 500 corporations and alternative managers, with a focus on Financial Institutions and Private Equity.
Joseph holds an MBA degree from New York University and a BS degree from Villanova University. He holds Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. Joseph is a member of the Villanova Business School (VSB) Finance Department Advisory Council (FDAC) and the Parrish Art Museum Contemporary Circle (PCC) Leadership Committee.
