Jovani is a seasoned operations manager with 15 years of experience in client services. She is responsible for managing and facilitating the daily unique and complex service needs of Global Capital Strategies’ affluent client base. Jovani serves as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs including client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement and security transfers, portfolio accounting, client service, and administration of client portfolios. Further, she supports GCS’s Investment Advisory team in fulfilling its fiduciary duty to our clients.
Prior to GCS, Jovani was the Operations Manager at LifeStation Inc., where she oversaw the Client Services Department. With a team of 50 people under her supervision, she managed to maintain an A+ grading for the company with the Better Business Bureau. Previously, Jovani held Training Manager positions where she created and developed a training manual and class curriculum to help onboard new employees.
Jovani’s educational background includes a BS in Business Management from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania, with a Dean’s recommendation of Honors. In her spare time, Jovani enjoys spending time with her two children. She loves to travel and plans on visiting every continent before she retires. Jovani never hesitates to recognize excellent customer service, even when she’s not working.
